It usually takes us 21 working days to complete the repairs after we have received the product and the customer has approved the quotation.

Taking Care Of Your Riding Gear

How to wash and dry the insulated liner and body armour?

The insulated liner needs to be hand-washed in warm water with a mild liquid laundry detergent. Post that, it has to be properly rinsed with clean water and then kept for drying. The liner has to be drip-dried only. Please avoid using machine dryers, hair dryers or putting it into direct sunlight. The body armour can be wiped clean with a wet cloth.

How to wash and dry the textile jacket or pants?

The textile jacket and pants have to be hand-washed in warm water with a mild liquid laundry detergent. If there are hard stains or mud marks on the jacket/pants, you can use a soft-bristled brush to clean it off but avoid being too harsh or rough on the textile. Do not use bleach, automotive cleaners or any other chemicals. After washing it, let the jacket/pants drip dry. Do not use washing machine, hair dryers, machine dryers and direct sunlight.

How to wash and dry the leather gloves?

If there are hard stains on the gloves, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean them off carefully. The leather can be cleaned using a garment leather cleaner but make sure it doesn’t come in contact with the textile, embroidery or any other component of the gloves. If your gloves become wet, please let them dry properly and keep them away from heat or fans. Once dried, apply some leather conditioner to keep them soft.
